AFR President Terry Detrick's Response to EPA Rescinding WOTUS Rule

AFR President Terry Detrick offered the following response to the EPA decision to rescind the "Waters of the United States" (WOTUS) rule:

“We are encouraged by today’s action from the EPA to rescind the WOTUS rule. The EPA administrator’s comments demonstrate he clearly understands the problems this rule posed all over the country. AFR members will continue to be responsible stewards of our water resources and we look forward to working with state and federal officials on a new rule-making process.”
